Bobby Charles Steed

Mr. Bobby Charles Steed  55, of Mount  Gilead, died Sunday, October 13, 2013 at Forest Oaks in Albemarle, NC.  Funeral Services will be held 2pm Thursday, October 17, 2013 at the Harris Funeral Home Chapel in Mount Gilead, NC.

Born Friday, November 1, 1957 in Montgomery  County, NC a son of Bobby Steed, Jr. and the late Sarah Alsobrook Steed.  Bobby Charles joined Providence Missionary Baptist Church and attended the public schools of Montgomery County,  a 1976 graduate of West Montgomery High School and  also attended  Barber Scotia College in Concord, NC and Winston-Salem State University in Winston Salem, NC. He was also preceded in death by his wife Sarah Robinson Steed and a brother Ervin Hill.

He leaves to cherish loving memories to one daughter; Ebony Williams of Rockingham, NC; father; Bobby Steed, Jr., of Mount Gilead, NC; one sister,; Mary Steed DeBerry, (Scott) of Mount Gilead, NC; two brothers; Wilfred Timothy Steed of Mount Gilead, NC and Grady Keith Steed, (Cotenia) of Asheboro, NC; grandchildren, and a host of Aunts, Uncles, Neices, Nephews, Cousins and other relatives and dear friends.
