Cletus Junior Hailey

MR. CLETUS JUNIOR HAILEY, 58 of MONROE, NC died Friday, June 6, 2014 at his home.  Funeral Service will be held 2pm Wednesday, June 11, 2014 at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, 501 P.E. Bazemore Dr., Monroe, NC 28110,  with Interment to follow in the Hillcrest Cemetery in Monroe.  A public viewing will be held 11am to 7pm Tuesday, June 10, 2014 at Harris Funeral Home & Cremation Service of Monroe.

Born Monday, May 14, 1956 in Union County, NC a son of Pauline Rorie Hailey of Monroe, NC and the late Cleamon Hailey, Sr.  He was educated in the public schools of Union County and was employed with J.C. Bell Masonry for 35 years.  Cletus was preceded in death by his father; wife; Sandra Hailey, sister; Kathy Jones, one baby brother and one grandson; Cortez Hubbard.

Cletus leaves to cherish his loving memories; his mother of Monroe, NC; daughter; Wendy Covington of Monroe, NC; two grandchildren; Demaria L. Covington and Zasha Z. Barrett of Monroe, NC; one brother; Cleamon Hailey, Jr. of Monroe, NC; two sisters; Lucy Rorie of Monroe, NC  and Parthenia Crowder (Larry) of Jefferson, SC; a very close friend and companion of 15 years Mary (Mae) Medlin of Monroe, NC  and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and dear close friends.
