Debra Delois Huey

MISS DEBRA DELOIS HUEY, 60 of MONROE, NC passed away Thursday, June 11, 2015 at Hospice of Union County in Monroe, NC.  Funeral Services will be held 1pm Monday, June 15, 2015 at the Elizabeth Missionary Baptist Church, 503 Maurice St., Monroe, NC 28112, Bishop Osco E. Gardin, Jr, Pastor , Eulogist, Interment will follow in the Hillcrest Cemetery in Monroe, NC.  A public viewing will held 12 noon to 6pm Sunday, June 14, 2015 at Harris Funeral Home & Cremation Service of Monroe, NC.

Born Sunday, November 28, 1954 in Union County, NC to the late Wilson, Sr. and Hattie Mae Byrams Huey.  Debra attended the Monroe City Public Schools and was a member of Elizabeth Missionary Baptist Church were she was very active, also was an employee of Scott Aviation  for many years.

She leaves to cherish fond and loving memories two brothers; Wilson "Noony" Huey, Jr. of Monroe, NC and Bruce Huey (Sarah) of Wingate, NC, two uncles;  William Elliott and Sammy Lee Baskins (Jean) of Charlotte, NC, seven cousins, eight nieces and nephews, eleven great nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
