ELIJAH JAMES ISIAH MOORE, 21 of Marshville, North Carolina, passed away Friday, April 1, 2016, at CHS-Union, Monroe, North Carolina. Memorial Service will be 5:p.m., Wednesday, April 6, 2016, at Harris Funeral Home Memorial Chapel, 601 Winchester Avenue, Monroe, North Carolina.
Elijah was born on Thursday, March 9, 1995, in Union County, North Carolina, to Kelly Leon Moore, Sr., and Jessica Elizabeth Josey.
He attended Forest Hills High School in Marshville, NC and was employed in Landscaping. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Theodore Little and Rick Long.
He leaves loving and cherished memories to his parents; father, Kelly Leon Moore, Sr., of Monroe, NC and mother, Jessica Elizabeth Josey of Marshville, NC; four sisters, Nyla Moore, Bre'anna Moore and Kelis Moore, all of Monroe, NC, and Alysa Josey of Marshville, NC; four brothers, Jacob Montgomery of Charlotte, NC, Demaurea Grant and Kelly Moore, both of Monroe, NC and Travis Bennett of Albemarle, NC; grandparents, Alberta Moore Wilson of Monroe, NC, David Moore of Miami, Fl., and Shirley Long of Marshville, NC; uncles and aunts, Clifford Jerome White, Woodrow Wilson, James " Jimmy" Josey and wife, Tina Josey of Marshville, NC and their children, Gage, Christina and Judge, Tiffany Josey Dixon and husband, Tres Dixon and their children, Mariza, London and Quad; aunts, Vanessa, June and Loretta; one nephew, Isaac Moore, and a host of other relatives and friends,
