Ella Louise (Rivers) Wright

Mrs. Ella Louise Rivers Wright, 58 of Wingate, NC died Thursday, January 24, 2013 at Carolinas Medical Center-Union in Monroe, NC.  Funeral Services will be held 12 noon Saturday, February 2, 2013 at Christ Bible Disipleship Worship Center, 1019 Unarco Rd., Marshville, NC 28103, Burial will follow in the MT. Zion United Methodist Church Cemetery in Cheraw, SC.  Public viewng will be held  11am to 7pm Friday, February 1, 2013 at Harris Funeral Home & Cremation Service of Monroe, NC.

Born in Chesterfield County, SC a daughter of the late Albert "Pete" Chapman and Sarah Jean Rivers.  She was educated in the Chesterfield County Public School System,  was a member of Rose Hill Missionary Baptist Church in Tradesville, SC under the leadership of Dr. Waldo Robinson and was employed by Hilltop Resturant of Monroe, NC for a number of years then she became a homemaker to take care of her family.

She leaves to cherish fond and loving memories her loving husband of 39 years, Edward Lee Wright of the home; five children; Leona Louise Wright and Artrice Chenell Wright both of Wingate, NC, Edward Seneca Wright, Avery Landrum Wright and Quartell Alexander Wright all of Wingate, NC; two grandchildren Christian D'Quan McFadden and Journey Symon'e Wright; five brothers; Richard (Beverly) Rivers, Cornelius (Lottie) Robinson, Clarence (Hattie) Robinson, Jackie (Mary Ann) Robinson and Eugene Robinson all of Chesterfield, SC; three sisters; Lottie (Edward) Dean and Crystal Burch both of Chesterfield, SC and Betsy (Alvin) Blakeney of Lancaster, SC; four uncles; C.H. (Lois) Rivers, Ulysses (Barbara Ann) Rivers, Harry (Pricilla) Rivers and James Earl McCoy all of Chesterfield, SC; six aunts; Mary Johnson, Roberta (Alfonzo) Lewis, Merta Lee (David) Johnson of Chesterfield, SC, Lois Evans and Betty Rivers of New Haven, CT and Mary Milhouse of Monroe, NC; three sisters in law; Mary Wright Burgess and Rebecca Jane Wright both of Marshville, NC  and Diane (Hayne) Blakeney of Pageland, SC; three brothers in law; Larry Lee Wright of Wingate, NC, Jerry (Janie) Wright of Peachland, NC and Julius (Julia) Wright of Marshville, NC; three God Sons: Javon Hubbard of Pace University, Travis Hubbard of New York, NY and Terrell Smith of Oklahoma State University and a hos of nieces, nephews relatives and friends.
