Emma (White) Baker

Mrs. Emma White Baker, 90 of Monroe, NC died Tuesday, August 20, 2013 at her home.  Funeral Services will be held 1pm Saturday, August 24, 2013 at Mount Olive AME Zion Church,119 E. East Avenue, Monroe, NC 28110, Interment will follow in the Hillcrest Cemetery.  Public viewing will be held 11am to 7pm Friday, August 23, 2013 at  Harris Funeral Home & Cremation Service of Monroe, NC.

She was preceeded in death by her parents Dave Clyburn and Lula White; husband; Louis Baker, Sr.; son Roger Baker; daughter; Andrea Dean Williams and grand daughter; Crystal Ivey.

Mrs. Baker leaves to cherish fond and loving memories to one daughter; Harriett Ivey of the home; two sons; Louis Baker, Jr. of Rockville, MD and Kent Baker of Monroe, NC.  Nine Grandchildren and several Great-grandchildren.
