Joshua Sherron Alexander

MR. JOSHUA SHERRON ALEXANDER, 33 of MONROE, NC, passed away Sunday, April 2, 2017.

Funeral Service will be held 3:00pm Saturday, April 8, 2017,  at the Antioch Missionary Baptist Church, 5909 Wolf Pond Rd., Monroe, NC 28112. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

A public veiwing will be held 12:00pm to 7:00pm Friday, April 7, 2017,  at  Harris Funeral Home & Cremation Service of Monroe, NC.

Josh was born on Friday,  March 2, 1984, to the Reverend Edward L. Alexander and the late Bernice Laney Alexander.  He was also preceded in death by a brother, Derrick Edward Alexander.

He was a dedicated father and family oriented man.  He was hard working and a dedicated to supporting his fiance' and the boys to the best of his ability.  His life was his family.

He leaves cherished memories to his fiance', Tiffany Gill of the home;  two sons, Chauncey and Cedney Alexander, both of the home; his father, Reverend Edward L. Alexander, of Monroe, NC; one sister, Felicia Black(Tyrone) of Monroe, NC; two brothers, Cory Alexander (Denise) of Polkton, NC and Scotty Alexander (Katrina) of Monroe, NC, and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
