MISS KENYA  CISELY LINDSEY,  42 of ASHEBORO, NC, passed away Monday, December 6, 2021, at  Randolph Hospice House, Asheboro, NC.

Funeral Service will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday, December 12, 2021 at the  Harris  Funeral Home Chapel in MT. Gilead, NC.

(Due to the COVID 19 Pandemic everyone attending the Service and Public Viewing are require to wear a mask of facial covering.  Also please use the Hand Sanitizing Station when entering and exiting the Funeral Home.)

A public viewing will be held 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm Saturday, December 11, 2021 at Harris Funeral Home & Cremations of MT. Gilead, NC which is serving the Lindsey, Christian and extended families.

Ms. Kenya Cisely Lindsey , 42 of Asheboro, NC, was born on Thursday, September 27, 1979 in Montgomery County, NC to Louis Christian and the late Adrian Lindsey.  She was raised by her grandmother, Margery Linsdey Haywood, after the death of her mother..

Kenya attended the public schools of Montgomery County.  She graduated from West Montgomery High School in Montgomery County, NC.  She attended Randolph Community College, Asheboro, NC.  Her church affiliation was Bailey's Grove Baptist Church, Asheboro, NC

She was preceded in death by her mother, Adrian Lindsey; grandmother, Margery Lindsey Haywood and Dorothy L. Christian; grandfathers, Johnny Chambers and Arthur Christian, Sr., and aunt Audrey Chambers.

Kenya leaves to cherish her loving memories to her  two daughters, Ja'Zaria Lindsey and JoMaya Blue, both of the home; father and step-mother, Rev. Louis and Carolyn Christian of Wadeville; three brothers, Shaun Lindsey of Asheboro,  NC, Gerrick Thomas, Sr.(Patricia Poole) and Emanuel Christian of Wadeville, NC; three nieces, Jaholliny, JaDilcey, and JaShauny; two nephews, Amouri and SJ;, both of Winston-Salem, NC; uncle, Arthur Christian, Jr, of Baltimore, MD; great-aunts, Dilcey (James) Poole of Jackson Springs, NC, Katie Dunn of High Point, NC, Mildred McKinney of Troy, NC, Bobbie Dunn of Ellerbe, NC Bobbie Ingram of Candor, NC, Alice Holland (James of Gastonia and Patricia Wall of Norwood, NC; one great-uncle, Dennis Chambers (Emily) of Norman, NC, one special friend, Kendra Goode of Norwood, NC and a host of cousins and friends,
