Mary Ann (Dumas) Ingram

MRS. MARY ANN DUMAS INGRAM, 81 of NEW HAVEN, CT formerly of MT. Gilead, NC, passed away Wednesday,  April 14, 2021, at her home.

Private services were held Sunday, April 18, 2021 in Connecticut.

Mary Ann was born on  Tuesday, January 16, 1940, in Montgomery County, NC and was a daughter of the late Alonzo Dumas and Flora Haywood Dumas. She was married to Johnny Ingram, Sr. which preceded her in death.

She was a retiree of Yale New Haven Hospital in New Haven CT and also worked as a private duty healthcare employee.

Also preceding her in death, her parents; sisters, Rachel Dumas, Ann Dumas, Ruby Dumas and Sarah Dumas and brothers, William Dumas, Lonnie Dumas and a daughter, Stephanie Ingram.

Those left to cherish her memories, her children, Joyce Lynn Dumas of New Haven, Regina Michelle(Derrick) Black of FL,  Johnny Ingram, Jr., and Tarjai Dumas, both of New Haven, CT; sisters, Susie Dumas Watkins of MT. Gilead, NC and Roeina Dumas Smith of New Haven; brother, Wilbert Dumas of MT. Gilead, NC, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
