MRS. MARY LEWIS GILES SANDERS, 83 of GASTONIA, NC formerly of TUSCALOOSA, AL passed away Sunday, July 30, 2017 at Peak Resources in Gastonia, NC. Mrs. Sanders is the Mother of Reverend Dr. Robert L. Sanders, Pastor of Piney Grove West Missionary Baptist Church of Waxhaw, NC.
Funeral Services will be held 11:00 am Saturday, August 5, 2017 at the Elizabeth Baptist Church, 2650 Elizabeth St., Tuscaloosa, AL 35401. Interment will follow in the MT. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery in Fosters, AL.
A visitation will be held 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm Thursday, August 4, 2017 at Harris Funeral Home & Cremation Service of Monroe, NC.
