MISS PATRICIA ANN HOLMES, 58 of HIGH POINT, NC passed away Wednesday, October 5, 2022 at Atrium Health / Wake Forest Baptist Hospital in Winston-Salem, NC.  Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 pm Thursday, October 13, 2022 at the Mount Calvary A.M.E. Zion Church, 800 La Salle St., Monroe, NC.  Miss Holmes remains will lie in repose 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at the church prior to the service.  Interment will follow in Lakeland Memorial Park in Monroe, NC.

(Due to the COVID 19 Pandemic everyone attending the Service and Public Viewing are required to wear a mask or facial covering.  Also please use the Hand Sanitizing Station when entering and exiting the Funeral Home.)

A public viewing will be held 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm Wednesday, October 12, 2022 at Harris Funeral Home & Cremations of Monroe, NC which is serving the Holmes and extended families.
