MISS PATRICIA DENISE POLK, 33 of POLKTON, NC passed away Saturday, June 6, 2015 at CHS - Anson in Wadesboro, NC.  Funeral Services will be held 2pm Thursday, June 11, 2015 at the Harris Funeral Home Memorial Chapel in Monroe, NC with Elder Perry Cole, Officiating and Pastor Willie Leon Clyburn, Eulogist,  Interment to follow in the Williams Cemetery in Polkton, NC. A public viewng will be held 12 noon to 7 pm Wednesday, June 10, 2015 at Harris Funeral Home & Cremation Service of Monroe, NC.

Born Thursday, August 20, 1981 in Anson County, NC, was a daughter of John Mason Jones and Rachel Polk Clyburn.  Patricia attented the Public Schools of Anson County,  and was a very family oriented person and loved cooking out was one of her favorite things to do. She was a member of Mount Calvary Holiness Church in Wadesboro, NC, where she was active until her health began to fail her.

She leaves to cherish fond and loving memories to her two children; Felecia Chapman and Melecia Tanner, both of the home; her parents; John Mason Jones of Wadesboro, NC and  Rachel Polk Clyburn and step-father Pastor Willie Leon Clyburn of Polkton, NC; two brothers; John Polk of Lilesville, NC  and John Smith of Wadesboro, NC; Special friend,  Louis Tanner of Polkton, NC; God-Mother Jeannie Little of Polkton, NC; three aunts; Katherine Ross (Wayne) of Polkton, NC, Helen Hinson of Wadesboro, NC and Jennie Borden (Julius) of Polkton, NC; one uncle; Kellis Hall (Wanda) of Monroe, NC,   and a host of cousins and other relatives and friends.
