Theodore Thomas

MR. THEODORE THOMAS, 81 of WHITE PLAINES, NY, formerly of  MT . Gilead, NC, passed away Tuesday, December 1, 2020, at Hospice  of Richmond County, in Rockingham, NC.

A Memorial Service in his honor  will be held 1:00 pm  Saturday, December 5, 2020, at the Harris Funeral Home Memorial Chapel, 2529 NC Hwy. 109 South, MT. Gilead, NC.

There are so many aspects of your life and death which make us proud that you were, but even prouder that you were our brother.

Mr. Theodore Thomas, a son of the late Reid Horace Thomas and Annie Frank Ewing Thomas, was born on Saturday, September 23, 1939, in Montgomery County, North Carolina.  He exchanged time for eternity on Tuesday, December 1, 2020, in Richmond Hospice Haven in Rockingham, North Carolina.

He attended the public schools of Montgomery County and later relocated to New York.

Theodore was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Joe Murrill Thomas.  He will be sorely missed.

He leaves to cherish loving and fond memories to three brothers, Jimmy Thomas(Estelle) of Bronx, NY, Elise Thomas and Timothy Thomas, both of Mt. Gilead, NC; four sisters, Reathel McPhail of Brooklyn, NY,, Chucky Leake of Mt. Gilead, NC, Annie Baldwin (Bently) of Pinehurst, NC and Charlene Watkins of Biscoe, NC; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and dear friends.
