Tyrone Alexander Morrison

MR. TYRONE ALEXANDER MORRISON, 41 of WAXHAW, NC passed away Thursday, June 27, 2019 at his home.

Funeral Services will be held 1:00 pm Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at the Mount Pisgah Baptist Church, 1504 Providence Rd., S., Waxhaw, NC 28173.  Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

A public viewing will be held 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm Monday, July 1, 2019 at Harris Funeral Home & Cremations of Monroe, NC

Tyrone Alexander Morrison, was born on Friday, August 12, 1977, Worth Morrison Sr., and the late Rev. Cassie Mae Nixon Morrison.  He exchanged time for eternity on Thursday, June 27, 2019.

Tyrone was a big man with a big heart.  Tyrone was a loving and faithful believer and servant to anyone he came in contact with.  His goals in life was to be a positive influence to the youth that he came in contact with, whether it was at the YMCA, schools he worked at or in his everyday life.

Tyrone leaves to cherish his memories, his father, Worth Morrison, Sr., (Delois); two sisters, Angela L. Trull (Ricky) and Amy Morrison (Michael); six brothers, Stephen Morrison (Karen), Rev. Worthell Morrison, Jr.(Cassandra), Ernest Morrison, Sam E. Morrison (Renee), Aaron Morrison (Mary) and Spencer Rushing; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
