Wanda Anne (Roland) Montgomery

Mrs. Wanda Anne Roland Montgomery, 46 of Wingate, NC died Thursday, September 5, 2013 at Hospice of Union County in Monroe, NC.  Funeral Services will be held 12 Noon Saturday, September 14, 2013 at Wingate Community Church of God, 5312 Monroe-Ansonville Rd., Wingate, NC 28174. Interment will follow in the Church Cemetery.  Public viewing will be held 11am to 7pm Friday, September 13, 2013 at Harris Funeral Home & Cremation Service of Monroe.

Born in Union County, NC, Monday, July 10, 1967 a daughter of Johnny Vann "Jake" Roland and the late Eva Chambers Roland.  She was also preceeded in death by a daughter Porcha Eva Cheree Roland.

Survivors inlude her husband; Charles L. Montgomery; a daughter; Raven Roland of Marshville, NC; Father; Johnny V. "Jake" Roland of Wingate, NC; Sister; Linda Barrino, (Haywood) of Marshville, NC; three brothers; Johnathan Roland, (Colette) of Waxhaw, NC, Ronnie Roland of New York, NY and Jesus Roland of Wingate, NC; half brother; Joe Knotts of Albemarle, NC; Father in law; Charlie Montgomery of Lancaster, SC; Sister in law; Lelia Montgomery, (Larry Truesdale) of Lancaster, SC and Aunt Ruby Mix of Wingate, NC and a host of relatives and friends.
