William Junior Redfearn

MR. WILLIAM JUNIOR REDFEARN, 66 of MARSHVILLE, NC passed away Sunday, November 22, 2015 at CHS-Main in Charlotte, NC.  Funeral Services will be held 2:30pm Saturday, November 28, 2015 at the Flint Ridge East Missionary Baptist Church, 5720 Flint Ridge Church Rd., Marshville, NC 28103.  Reverend Richard A. Graham, Pastor, Eulogist.  Interment will follow in the Church Cemetery.  A public viewing will be held 1pm to 7pm Friday, November 27, 2015 at  Harris Funeral Home & Cremation Service of Monroe, NC.

He was born Monday, July 11, 1949 in Union County, NC, a son of Mrs. Lettie Crowder Redfearn and the late Percell Wilton Redfearn. He was educated in the public schools of Union County and he accepted Jesus Christ as  his Lord and Savior at an early age, William carried his love for Christ everywhere he went. In addition to his Father, William was preceded in death by his sisters; Delane Tyson and Marjorie Tyson.

He leaves to cherish fond and loving memories to his two daughters;  Velinda Davis (Ivan) and Jessica Blackstock, one son; Michael Redfearn all of Lexington, NC, six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren, his mother Lettie Crowder Redfearn of the  home, three sisters; Debbie Rushing (Earnest), Ruth Eliis (Lynwood), Rebecca Hough (John), two brothers; Cleveland Redfearn and Donald Redfearn, one brother-in-law; Wilson Tyson, five aunts, two uncles, honorary brother; Emmett Marsh (Rhonda) and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
