MR. WILLIE JAMES "Jingle" RAKESTRAW ALLEN, 66 of MONROE, NC passed away Friday, November 23, 2018 at the Lake Park Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Indian Trail, NC.
Funeral Services will be held 1:00 pm Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at the Black's Memorial Presbyterian Church (USA), 509 S. Parker St., Monroe, NC 28112. Visitation will be held 12:30 pm to 1:00 pm at the Church prior to the service. Interment will follow in the Suncrest Cemetery in Monroe, NC
A public viewing will be held 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm Monday, November 26, 2018 at Harris Funeral Home & Cremations of Monroe, NC whom is serving the Allen, Rakestraw, Sowell and extended families.
