MRS. YVONNE PATRICIA CHAMBERS HOOD, 83 of MONROE, NC passed away Friday, October 18, 2019 at Novant Health / Matthews Medical Center in Matthews, NC.
Funeral Services will be held 11:00 am Saturday, October 26, 2019 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 2207 Lancaster Avenue, Monroe, NC. Interment will follow in Lakeland Memorial Park in Monroe, NC.

A public viewing will be held 1:00 pm - 7:00 pm Friday, October 25, 2019 at Harris Funeral Home & Cremations of Monroe, NC which is serving the Hood, Chambers and extended families,
